Questions of paternity may arise due to the presumption that the father of the child is the husband of his mother, or the recognition of an illegitimate child, or of the determination of paternity by the court.
In such cases the courts currently generally apply evidence from the study of DNA polymorphism. Nonetheless, these cases are still quite sensitive.
Such cases are often associated with maintenance claims and requests for deprivation, or restriction of parental authority, or the right to have contact with said children. We represent clients in such matters, providing considerate help.
